Canivet E.canis Ab Test
Canine Ehrlichia is a type of Canine septicemic infection caused by tick bites. The etiologic agent of Canine Ehrlichiosis is a species of rickettsia.The sick dogs often have symptoms such as periodic fever, anemia, wasting, and mucus-purulent secretions from mouth and nose.The incubation period of the disease is 8-12 days, and the course of the disease generally passes through three stages: acute stage, subclinical stage and chronic stage.
The Ehrlichia canis Antibody E canis Ab Test is a lateral flow immunochromatographic assay for the qualitative detection of Ehrlichia canis (E.canis Ab) in dog's serum, plasma and whole blood specimen.

Test Procedure
-Allow all materials, including specimen and test device, recover to 15-25 before running the assay. 
-Take out the test card from the foil pouch and place it horizontally.
-Use the capillary dropper to place 1 drop (approx.10μL) of the prepared specimen into the sample hole “S” of the test card. Then drop 3 drops (approx. 90μL) of the assay buffer into the sample hole. Start the timer.  
Interpret the result in 5-10 minutes. Result after 10 minutes is considered as invalid.
